Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi for a Computer Service Technician. The Computer Service Technician will be responsible for performing tasks such as computer maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting, as well as providing technical support. The role also includes installing and maintaining operating systems, diagnosing issues, and ensuring systems function efficiently to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Freshers and Experienced
• Experience or interest in Technical Support to provide assistance and resolve technical issues effectively
• Skills in Computer Maintenance and Repair to diagnose and fix desktop computers, laptops, and other hardware
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and identifying hardware or software issues
• Knowledge of Operating Systems, including installation, updates, and configuration
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant certifications in hardware or networking are a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
