About the Role

Lotus Hi-Tech Industries is seeking an experienced and proactive Production Supervisor to manage and oversee fabrication and production activities at our manufacturing facility. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient plant operations, maintaining quality standards, and achieving production targets within timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day fabrication and production activities in the plant
• Ensure timely achievement of production targets while maintaining high-quality standards
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols and industry best practices on the shop floor
• Coordinate effectively with design, planning, and dispatch teams for smooth workflow
• Optimize manpower utilization, machine efficiency, and material management
• Identify production challenges and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency
• Ensure proper understanding and execution of fabrication drawings and specifications
• Maintain production reports and ensure proper documentation

Requirements

• Diploma / BE in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
• Experience in PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings) or Steel Fabrication industry preferred
• Strong understanding of fabrication drawings and production processes
• Ability to manage shop floor operations and workforce efficiently
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
