Key Responsibilities

• Machine Operation & Setup: Configure CNC bending machines, select appropriate tooling/dies, and load materials (steel, SS, copper, aluminum).
• Programming: Input data and coordinate settings into the machine software.
• Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to produce parts within specifications.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished parts for defects, ensuring they meet required angles and dimensions.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot malfunctions to reduce downtime.
• Safety & Logistics: Adhere to safety protocols, maintain a clean workspace, and document production logs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: 2–5 years of relevant manufacturing or fabrication experience, particularly with press brake or CNC equipment.
• Technical Skill: Strong knowledge of CNC bending techniques, tooling, and metal properties.
• Skills: Ability to read technical drawings and use precision measuring instruments.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (8th grade minimum in some cases).

Work Environment

• Manufacturing or fabrication workshops.
• Often requires shift work (1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts).
