Job Summary

Lotlinx is looking for a skilled Manager, Salesforce and CRM Systems to join our growing team. This individual will play a critical role in supporting our sales and marketing teams by optimizing Salesforce functionality, managing our end-user requests, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity. The ideal candidate will have at least 4+ years experience working as a Salesforce developer, ideally in a lead role and a proven track record of success in administering and maintaining out of the box and custom Salesforce environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain our Salesforce platform, including configuration, customization, and ongoing support
• Perform routine data maintenance tasks
• Configure Salesforce features including custom objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, reports and dashboards
• Document enablement material and provide technical support to end-users to maximize their efficiency and effectiveness in using Salesforce
• Stay current on Salesforce best practices, new features and updates
• Work with end users to gather, understand, and define business requirements
• Participate in meetings with stakeholders including requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end user training
• Develop user stories and process flows to support design and development of Salesforce solutions
• Provide technical leadership and oversight to the development team, ensuring all tasks align with project milestones and architectural best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience working as a Salesforce developer or administrator
• Salesforce Administrator Certification
• Experience with Salesforce configurations such as Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes
• Experience with development tools such as JIRA Software Management, Gitlab, and Gearset
• Heavy experience with Apex, Aura, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
• Drive and desire to learn & grow both functional and technical skill sets

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $110,000 with an annual target bonus.
