As a Service Engineer at Loom Solar, you will be responsible for handling installation support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer service for solar products and systems. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of solar panels, inverters, batteries, and related equipment while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Install, inspect, and maintain solar power systems including panels, inverters, batteries, and wiring systems.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and technical faults at customer sites.
- Provide after-sales service and ensure timely complaint resolution.
- Conduct preventive maintenance of installed systems.
- Test equipment performance and ensure systems operate efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, production, and technical support for issue resolution.
- Prepare service reports, maintenance logs, and customer feedback records.
- Educate customers on product usage, safety precautions, and basic maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company service protocols.
- Travel to customer locations for on-site service whenever required.
- *Qualification Required:**
- ITI in Electrical / Electrician Trade OR Diploma in Electrical Engineering
