In this role, the Assistant Psychologist will be reporting to the Senior Psychologist.

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and well-presented psychologist to join our fitness studio team.

The ideal candidate will guide clients in emotional well-being, stress management, and mental resilience, with expertise in Psychology, and meditation practices.

This role requires a combination of professional knowledge, interpersonal warmth, and the ability to align mental wellness with physical fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct one-on-one mental wellness sessions to support emotional balance and personal growth.

Mindfulness, and meditation to help clients manage stress, anxiety, and limiting beliefs.

Collaborate with fitness trainers to create holistic wellness plans integrating mental and physical health.

Maintain confidential and ethical coaching practices.

Keep accurate records of client progress and session notes.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s in Psychology
• Certification or professional training in Trauma informed therapy, meditation, mindfulness, counseling, or related fields would be preferred.
• Strong command of spoken and written language (English and Malayalam)
• Excellent empathy, rapport-building, and active listening skills.
• Professional appearance and grooming, with a warm and approachable demeanour.
• Passion for promoting holistic wellness and integrating mental health with fitness.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
