We are looking for a client-focused and dynamic **User** **Access/Active Directory Administrator **for our **Calgary **branch You will be working directly with the clients Active Directory and Exchange to maintain and manage day-to-day requests for changes in these systems.

• *A Day in the Life**:
• Managing user profiles in Active Directory
• Complete tickets for access, changes and modifications of security groups
• Managing shared mailboxes (removing and provisioning access)
• Create and maintain distribution lists
• *What You Bring**:
• 3+ years of technical support experience
• 1+ year(s) of active directory experience
• Experience with Active Directory in the following areas:
• o Maintain, edit, delete, and create security groups
• o User management
• o Application access management
• Experience with Exchange 2013 and O365 in the following areas:
• o Manage, edit create, and maintain permissions of shared mailboxes
• o Creating and maintaining distribution groups
• Attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
