Key Responsibilities:

• Register students and schedule lessons
• Respond to inquiries and relay messages to teachers
• Process lesson payments and overdue accounts
• Update records in coordination with the Lessons Coordinator
• Assist with music recitals and reporting tasks

Requirements

• One-year minimum in instrumental music studies
• Knowledge of various musical instruments
• Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good computer and clerical capabilities
