Overview

LMI is seeking a Senior HR Project Manager responsible for providing an engagement experience in similar scope and approach, integrating project delivery that includes but not limited to technical integration of an enterprise-wide Human Resources program at the executive level in a classified environment with multiple sub-contractors, partners, technologies, systems, and services.

This position requires you to be on site 5 days a week on customer site Washington, DC; Reston, VA; or College Park, MD.

This position requires an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph. Applicants with TS/SCI who are eligible for polygraph are encouraged to apply and will be sponsored for upgrade.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to drive business strategy and planning changes at the executive level
  • Oversee key business and process enablers, and manage project resources
  • Understand multiple HR technology platforms and a large solution portfolio
  • Understand industry best practices of HR systems and solutions.
  • Create presentations and deliver content to internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with project team resources internal and external timely and proactively
  • Interface with client sponsor on all aspects of the program.
  • Produce and compile Weekly Activity Reports (WAR)
  • Oversee development, delivery, and analysis of the annual Workforce Engagement Survey (WES)
  • Coordinate with external agency stakeholders (including ODNI and OPM) to ensure compliance with annual WES survey requirements
  • Provide cradle-to-grave survey support, including survey design, implementation, administration, analysis, and visual articulation of survey data.
  • Analyze survey results and trends to manage associated action planning projects. Develop success stories, implement government-directed initiatives based on findings, and create risk communications to address survey outcomes.
  • Utilize tools to evaluate and report SharePoint site traffic statistics related to survey engagement.
  • Provide day-to-day support to survey participants with log-in issues, content-related questions, reminders, extensions, etc.
  • Create planning, analysis, and briefing materials to present survey results and initiatives regarding agency policies and programs, including health and safety recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or relevant experience from an accredited college or university
  • 7+ years’ experience in federal government human capital management consulting
  • Ability to develop a variety of written and presentation-based work products and deliverables
  • Ability to work in a team-based environment
  • Ability to travel to and work on client sites as needed
  • Ability to develop project plans, POAMs, and Gantt charts
  • Ability to lead team stand ups and track tasks
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and presentation skills
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills
  • Desire and willingness to gain technical skills and capabilities in strategy development, talent management, process mapping, organizational change, workforce planning and analysis, data analysis and visualization
  • Management consulting experience
  • Experience with tools and methods for project management, data analysis, business analysis, and/or strategic communications and multimedia

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with survey collection such as LimeSurvey
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau

Target salary range: $150,000-$190,000
