Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from clients and stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation, including:

a) Business Requirement Documents (BRD)

b) Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)

c) Software Requirement Specifications (SRS)

d) User Stories and Acceptance Criteria

e) Process Flows and Use Cases

• Work closely with clients, project managers, developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
• Create wireframes, mockups, workflows, and process diagrams to communicate business requirements effectively.
• Participate in requirement gathering sessions, client meetings, workshops, and project discussions.
• Support Agile activities such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, and requirement clarification.
• Assist the development and testing teams by resolving requirement-related queries.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and help validate delivered functionality against requirements.
• Track requirement changes and maintain project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Evaluate existing business processes and suggest improvements that enhance user experience and business value.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Contribute to proposal preparation, solution documentation, and project estimation activities when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, MCA, B.E., B.Tech, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Software Implementation, QA, Product Support, Project Coordination, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand business processes and translate requirements into clear documentation.
• Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Ability to create clear documentation and process flows.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, Trello, Figma, Draw.io, Visio, or similar platforms.
• Basic understanding of web applications, SaaS products, APIs, and databases.
• Experience creating wireframes, user stories, or process diagrams.
• Internship or project experience in software development environments will be an advantage.

Location Preference:

This is an on-site role based in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in Jabalpur or nearby locations.
