Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all manufacturing activities to achieve production goals while maintaining high quality standards and safety compliance.
- Implement and sustain lean manufacturing principles, process improvements, and continuous improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage production planning to ensure timely delivery of products while minimizing waste.
- Oversee supply chain management and logistics operations, utilizing supply chain analytics to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.
- Supervise plant staff, including supervisors and technical teams, fostering a collaborative environment focused on operational excellence.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production output, quality control, equipment maintenance, and safety metrics.
- Drive initiatives in process improvement, mechanical troubleshooting, and assembly line optimization to maximize productivity.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in supply chain management, manufacturing processes, and operations management.
- Solid understanding of lean manufacturing methodologies, process improvement techniques, and quality control standards.
- Mechanical knowledge coupled with experience in plant management roles is highly desirable.
- Ability to analyze supply chain data using analytics tools to inform decision-making and optimize workflows.
- Excellent leadership skills with the capacity to motivate teams and implement strategic initiatives effectively.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $96,090.87 - $115,722.34 per year
