Energy Analyst

As an Energy Analyst at LogicLamp, you will be an integral part of our engineering department, collaborating closely with lighting auditors, project managers, and the sales team. We are looking for a candidate who is diligent, passionate, and resourceful, a problem solver who can leverage available resources effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of electrical and lighting technologies, coupled with excellent project management skills, as well as a keen attention to detail.

Job Overview

Location: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India

Work Type: Full Time

Compensation: INR 50,000 to INR 65,000 gross per month.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Review lighting and electrical drawings, ensuring a thorough understanding of all symbols.
• Generate lighting retrofit proposals using specialized software.
• Analyze electrical utility bills to identify opportunities for energy efficiency improvements.
• Manage utility rebate programs related to lighting projects.
• Prepare job audits, quotations, and proposal submittals; follow up on open quotations.
• Manage the project pipeline and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Maintain the lighting & controls product catalog.
• Stay updated on industry trends and enhance product knowledge to become a subject matter expert.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in the electrical/lighting industry; experience in lighting efficiency preferred.
• Engineering degree (Electrical preferred).
• Comfortable with communicating numerical data and calculating figures such as discounts and percentages.
• Knowledge of basic electrical parameters (watts, energy, single‑phase, three‑phase voltage, current) and ability to analyze utility bills.
• Effective communication and presentation skills; attention to detail; ownership of tasks.
• Self‑motivated and passionate about finding solutions using available resources.
• Thrives in a start‑up environment and can work independently; willingness to learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and technologies.
• Experience with lighting design software (e.g., DiaLux); CAD design software; proficiency in MS Excel; fluent in English.
