Senior UX Designer - STAR.OS 💰 Salary: $89,300 - 178,135 per year

📝 Rquirements:

• Bachelors degree in Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience Design, Computer Science, or a related field
• Over 2 years of experience in UX design and development, focusing on crafting engaging and interactive interfaces
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX design projects, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
• Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD, along with familiarity in front-end technologies like React, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript
• Top Secret Clearance (desired)
• Proven experience in deploying AI-enabled systems across diverse environments (e.g., cloud, edge devices)
• Background in high-performance computing
• Knowledge of database interfaces (SQL, MongoDB, etc.)
• Experience in leading engineering teams or mentoring peers
• Familiarity with transitioning prototype software to production environments

👩‍💻👨‍💻 Your responsibilities are:

• Design and develop software products that integrate Artificial Intelligence and data analysis capabilities, with a strong focus on user-centered design
• Create prototypes and proof-of-concept models for new applications
• Design intuitive and interactive visual representations for data
• Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to incorporate data analytics and AI features into the common operating picture
• Mentor junior engineers in UX design principles and best practices
• Engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather feedback and optimize user experiences
• Assume technical leadership responsibilities when necessary
