As Product Designer, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of online shopping for millions of Canadians and the colleagues that support these processes. You'll have the opportunity to work across our portfolio of leading brands, including PC Express, Shoppers Drug Mart, and Joe Fresh, focused on the entry, browse and search stages of the ecommerce shopping journey. Reporting into the Director of Product Design on a team of designers, you’ll join a high-performing team of Product Designers who are passionate about using data and insights to craft intuitive and engaging digital products. You’ll identify undefined or inconsistent patterns and propose scalable solutions. You’ll encourage and facilitate the shared naming of elements across design and development on the team.
  • Design Research, Validation & Iteration : You’ll contribute to and lead user and market research activities, and synthesize their results. You’ll leverage a range of mixed methods tools from generative to evaluative, experimentation, and in-market performance to improve your work.
