Job Description

  • Implement brand strategies aligned with overall business objectives of the Unit, strengthening market positioning and brand identity.
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate integrated B2C marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Lead on-ground branding initiatives, including health camps, check-up drives, seminars, and community outreach programs.
  • Conduct market research to analyze target audiences, competitor activities, and industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Drive community and corporate activations to enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
  • Manage public relations activities, including media communication, press releases, and handling communication during crisis situations.
  • Enhance patient/customer engagement through feedback collection, testimonials, and in-facility activation programs.
  • Oversee distribution and visibility of offline marketing materials, ensuring consistent brand representation.
  • Monitor and optimize BTL marketing performance using key metrics such as footfall, leads, and conversion rates.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost control across campaigns.
  • Coordinate with vendors and maintain inventory of branding and promotional assets.
