Job Description
- Implement brand strategies aligned with overall business objectives of the Unit, strengthening market positioning and brand identity.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate integrated B2C marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Lead on-ground branding initiatives, including health camps, check-up drives, seminars, and community outreach programs.
- Conduct market research to analyze target audiences, competitor activities, and industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Drive community and corporate activations to enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
- Manage public relations activities, including media communication, press releases, and handling communication during crisis situations.
- Enhance patient/customer engagement through feedback collection, testimonials, and in-facility activation programs.
- Oversee distribution and visibility of offline marketing materials, ensuring consistent brand representation.
- Monitor and optimize BTL marketing performance using key metrics such as footfall, leads, and conversion rates.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost control across campaigns.
- Coordinate with vendors and maintain inventory of branding and promotional assets.
