Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities
• Create a safe, engaging, and stimulating classroom environment
• Use interactive teaching techniques such as storytelling, play-based learning, and creative arts
• Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and communicate effectively with parents
• Observe, assess, and document each child’s progress and adapt teaching methods as needed

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in early childhood education or kindergarten activities
• Ability to design engaging, hands-on learning experiences
• Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children
• Bachelor’s degree (required)
• Certification in Early Childhood Education (preferred but not mandatory)
