Act as a key liaison for customers as an Experienced Service Advisor. Ensure remarkable customer interactions and provide informative support on automotive repair processes and services.
This role involves engaging with customers to assist them effectively with their service needs. With strong problem-solving skills and effective communication, you'll manage both in-person and telephone inquiries while ensuring each customer feels valued and understood. Collaborate with the team and the Service Manager to support operational excellence.

Requirements
- 1-2 years working as a Service Advisor

- CDK experience is a plus
