What you will do:

  • Act as a point of contact for customers to promote Litens products and solutions, engaging customers on new opportunities, application projects, warranty issues and product challenges, and provide direct technical and problem management support.
  • Gather intelligence on customer technology roadmaps, new product developments, emerging trends, competitors, market situation, and product benchmarking.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams (Sales and Engineering), clearly articulating project strategies, technical requirements, and specifications, and explaining customer system‑level technologies and Litens product interactions.
  • Support customer on‑site visits, present RFQ technical proposals, and use Litens’ in‑house engineering tools (AB3, Sim Drive) for static accessory and timing system layouts and basic simulations.
  • Lead quality issue resolution between customers and the plant, executing FTA (8D) problem‑solving activities, warranty and field part reviews, and data gathering.
  • Develop and expand customer relationships by building trust, demonstrating technical know‑how, and providing leadership in delivering solutions and innovation.

What you will bring:

  • Degree in Engineering or Applied Science or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of customer‑engagement and application experience in the automotive industry (IATF 16949), with demonstrated customer relationship building.
  • Knowledge of customer standards and specific requirements, strong technical skills in product design (in‑house AB3), validation, quality, and industry tools such as DFMEA, AFMEA, DRBFM, and FTA (8D); familiarity with Solid Works 3D CAD and/or Sim Drive is an asset.
  • Track record of independent decision making, problem solving, and leading quality issue resolution; experience in warranty or Six Sigma is an asset.
  • Willingness to travel and possess a valid passport.
