Role description

• Also called ‘Service Technician’, the Field Technician provides after sale support services to customers, typically, at their premises. The Individual at work is responsible for attending to customer complaints, installing new connections.

Key Skills

• Troubleshooting system problems and, configuring hardware equipment such as ONU, Wifi router, access points, printers and other related networking devices.
• Configuring DHCP and Wi-Fi network properties like SSID and Password.

• Must have their own vehicle.

Salary: Up to 1.5 Lakh per annum
