About Us
FinnovationZ is building one of India’s largest financial education ecosystems with 2M+ audience reach and 1L+ learners .
We are scaling aggressively and need someone who can drive high-intent leads that convert into course sales.
Role Objective
Generate high-quality, high-intent leads for finance courses and scale campaigns profitably across Google, Meta, Instagram, and YouTube.
Key Responsibilities
- Run and scale lead generation campaigns for finance courses ()
- Optimize campaigns for:
- CPL (Cost per Lead)
- Lead Quality (MOST IMPORTANT)
- CAC & ROAS
- Build and optimize end-to-end funnels :
- Ad → Landing Page → Lead → Webinar / Call → Sale
- Manage and scale budgets from ₹1L to ₹10L+ per month
- Test aggressively:
- Hooks (fear, greed, curiosity angles in finance)
- Creatives (UGC, founder-led, testimonial ads)
- Audiences (lookalikes, retargeting, intent-based)
- Work closely with sales team to:
- Improve lead-to-sale conversion
- Eliminate low-quality leads
- Track and analyze:
- Funnel drop-offs
- Cost vs revenue performance
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5+ years in performance marketing (lead generation)
- Strong experience in:
- Google Ads (Search = HIGH INTENT)
- Meta Ads (scaling + retargeting)
- YouTube Ads (awareness → conversion funnels)
- Proven ability to:
- Generate qualified leads (not junk leads)
- Scale campaigns profitably
- Deep understanding of:
- Webinar funnels / info product funnels
- High-ticket course sales
Big Advantage
- Experience in EdTech / Stock Market / Finance niche
- Worked on webinar funnels
- Has scaled course sales via ads
