Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graduate Developer role based in Noida. The Graduate Developer will support the development of websites, web and mobile applications, and internal tools under the guidance of senior engineers. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing and testing code, debugging issues, documenting features, and contributing to code reviews. The role also involves collaborating with designers and product teams to implement UI/UX designs, integrating APIs and third-party services, and assisting in deployment and basic maintenance tasks. The position is ideal for an entry-level professional looking to build a strong technical foundation in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, or similar) and basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, front-end frameworks).
• Understanding of backend concepts such as REST APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and server-side development.
• Interest in or exposure to mobile and web app development frameworks, and ability to work with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to debug and troubleshoot technical issues methodically.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with a willingness to learn from feedback and work in cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in final year) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Curiosity about UI/UX best practices, cloud platforms, and automation tools; prior internship or project experience in these areas is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida on a full-time schedule and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
