Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner

Resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests efficiently and professionally

Maintain a thorough understanding of products and services to provide accurate information

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate teams

Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 0–3 years of experience in customer service or a related role

  • Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup
