Specifically, the AI Solutions Engineer – Generative AI will:

AI Application Development

• Build AI-powered applications using Python and modern AI frameworks
• Develop multi-model AI solutions that combine language, vision, speech, and document intelligence models
• Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector search and enterprise knowledge sources
• Build integrations using Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and AI tooling frameworks

Azure AI Solution Development

• Design and deploy AI solutions using Azure AI Studio and Azure OpenAI
• Integrate AI services including:

Azure OpenAI

Azure AI Services

Azure Machine Learning

Azure data platforms

• Support deployment and testing of AI models in cloud environments

AI Solution Delivery

• Assist in delivering AI consulting engagements for enterprise customers
• Participate in solution architecture discussions and technical design
• Support deployment and optimization of AI solutions in customer environments

AI Solution Optimization

• Monitor and improve performance of AI applications
• Implement prompt optimization and evaluation techniques
• Improve reliability, latency, and cost efficiency of AI solutions

Responsible AI and Security

• Implement Responsible AI and security best practices
• Ensure AI solutions follow enterprise governance and compliance requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
• 0–2 years of experience building AI or machine learning applications
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Experience using Generative AI APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or similar)
• Familiarity with vector databases and RAG architecture
• Basic experience with Azure cloud services
• Understanding of prompt engineering and AI workflow design
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Azure AI Studio / Azure AI Foundry
• Familiarity with frameworks such as:
• LangChain
• Semantic Kernel
• LlamaIndex
• Experience working with multimodal AI models
• Experience deploying applications using Docker or cloud infrastructure
• Exposure to consulting or customer-facing technical roles

Certifications (Preferred)

Candidates should hold or be willing to obtain within 6 months of hire:

• Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals
• Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate
