Logistics Lean Process Improvement Manager

Your tasks will involve facilitating Lean training, safety systems, and numerous improvement initiatives. Through defining and achieving performance goals, you’ll have a tangible impact on cost, quality, and safety metrics across the organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Lean process implementation and training initiatives
• Facilitate Kaizen events and process optimizations
• Support safety and quality system improvements
• Conduct reviews of Lean performance metrics
• Develop and execute a yearly Continuous Improvement Roadmap Requirements:
• 3-5 years of Lean experience in warehousing or logistics
• Degree in Lean Manufacturing or related field
• Bilingual in English and French is an asset
• Proven ability to mentor and coach teams
