Your tasks will involve facilitating Lean training, safety systems, and numerous improvement initiatives. Through defining and achieving performance goals, you’ll have a tangible impact on cost, quality, and safety metrics across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Lean process implementation and training initiatives
- Facilitate Kaizen events and process optimizations
- Support safety and quality system improvements
- Conduct reviews of Lean performance metrics
- Develop and execute a yearly Continuous Improvement Roadmap Requirements:
- 3-5 years of Lean experience in warehousing or logistics
- Degree in Lean Manufacturing or related field
- Bilingual in English and French is an asset
- Proven ability to mentor and coach teams
