• 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (Part-Time)
• 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. (Part-Time)
• Night Shift (Part-Time)

Overview

Lincolnian Senior Residences is an affordable Assisted Living community serving low- to moderate-income seniors ages 62 and above in Northern Virginia. We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our caregiving team.

Our CNAs play a vital role in supporting residents with daily care needs while helping create a safe, respectful, and engaging environment. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about senior care and enjoy building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to residents
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Accurately document resident care and services provided
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to supervising nurse
• Participate in resident activities and life enrichment programs
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with residents, families, and staff
• Follow community policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Participate in staff meetings and training opportunities
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license required
• CPR and First Aid certification required or ability to obtain within 60 days
• Previous senior living or assisted living experience preferred
• Compassionate, dependable, and respectful attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality care

Work Location: In person
