Job Description
At Lincoln Property Company, we are seeking a Senior Investment Analyst to oversee a diversified portfolio of general partner (GP) investments across multiple strategies and geographies, ensuring strong performance monitoring, institutional-quality reporting, and clear communication with internal teams and investors.
Responsibilities:
Portfolio Oversight & Strategy
- Lead oversight of a diversified portfolio of 150–200 GP investments across strategies and geographies
- Develop scalable frameworks for portfolio monitoring and performance tracking
- Partner with investment teams on quarterly updates and monitoring business plan progress
Reporting & Analytics
- Deliver institutional-quality investor reporting/deal snapshots/accounting detail on a quarterly basis
- Build and implement next-generation reporting tools, leveraging automation and AI where appropriate
Investor & Stakeholder Communication
- Support investor relations efforts with high-quality, timely, and insightful responses
- Serve as a key liaison between investors and capital markets team
Operational Excellence
- Oversee capital call processes and entity formation for new investments and quarterly replenishments
- Identify and implement technology solutions (including AI-driven tools) to improve workflows and data integrity
Accounting & Structural Fluency
- Oversee partnership-level financial reporting, including capital accounts, distribution calcs, and tax reporting
- Collaborate with accounting and tax teams to ensure accuracy and consistency across the portfolio
Qualifications
- 7+ years experience in institutional RE portfolio management, reporting, investor relations
- High-agency problem solver that can be decisive in ambiguity
- AI-native/fluent – eager to leverage tech to drive efficiency
- Familiarity with RE partnership accounting and tax reporting
- Strong written and verbal comms skills – translates complexity into clarity
- Team-oriented
- Dallas-based – in-person role
