Analytics Ops Engineer

In this role, you will be responsible for managing Tableau & BI Platform, MS Fabric, and IBM Watson Explorer. Your main responsibilities will include:

• *Tableau & BI Platform:**
• Install, configure, and maintain Tableau Server environments with Multi-node Architecture
• Manage Tableau users, groups, sites, projects, permissions, and security settings
• Monitor server performance, conduct regular maintenance, backups, and upgrades
• Lead version upgrades, patch management, and migration projects across multiple platforms
• Experience with any performance monitoring tool and capacity planning
• Integrate BI platforms with SSO/SAML/Active Directory for authentication and access control
• Automate admin and deployment tasks using Python scripting and SQL queries
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity strategies for all BI tools
• Enforce compliance with data security and audit requirements
• Mentor junior admins and lead cross-functional collaboration
• Establish standard operating procedures and documentation for platform administration
• *MS Fabric:**
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, and related technologies
• Proficient in Fabric data ingestion, designing and maintaining data pipelines, and troubleshooting
• Monitoring and analyzing pipeline execution logs to identify and resolve errors
• Implementing automated alerts and error-handling mechanisms for high availability
• Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT processes, data integration, and pipeline design
• Experienced with Microsoft Azure services including Azure Data Lake and Azure SQL Database
• Skilled in data governance, security, logs monitoring, and audit trail management
• Managing installation, configuration, upgrades, and patching of Fabric and related services
• Monitoring system health, usage metrics, and performance, providing optimization recommendations
• *IBM Watson Explorer:**
• Hands-on experience in installation, configuration, and optimization of Watson Explorer products
• Leading and managing full upgrades from Watson Explorer
• Ensuring compatibility, stability, and integration with existing enterprise systems
• Configuring and enhancing collections for accurate indexing and query performance
• Developing, modifying, and troubleshooting REST API integrations
• Conducting comprehensive testing to validate system readiness
• Troubleshooting and resolving upgrade-related issues
• Implementing security best practices for collection data and API endpoints
• Collaborating with application, infrastructure, and network teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Taking ownership of tasks, leading technical activities, and guiding team members

Additionally, proficiency in one of the mentioned areas or technologies (Fabric/PowerBI/IBM Watson) is preferred. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, is required.
