Join a mission-driven platform engineering team focused on enhancing developer experience. Lead infrastructure scaling, optimize system performance, and build a reliable, efficient platform.
As a Senior Platform Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our software platform. Responsibilities include leading efforts on infrastructure, system reliability, and performance while also supporting internal tooling development. Your expertise will help improve observability and the overall robustness of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive decisions on infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines
- Champion system reliability and operational performance
- Collaborate on internal tools for enhanced productivity
- Address and troubleshoot system issues in an on-call rotation
- Provide mentorship through thoughtful code reviews
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- At least 5 years in software engineering/devops
- Experience with AWS, Postgre
SQL, Heroku solutions
- Skills in Terraform, Ruby on Rails, GraphQL
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like New Relic
