Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Agent based in Hoshangabad. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for promoting and selling life insurance products offered by LIC, building and managing long-term client relationships, assessing customer needs, and providing tailored insurance and financial solutions. The role involves meeting with potential clients, explaining policy details, and offering guidance on insurance selection while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Insurance Sales and possessing a strong understanding of Insurance products
• Experience in Insurance Brokerage and familiarity with the finance sector
• Strong skills in Customer Service and client relationship management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet sales targets and manage time effectively
• Proactive and self-motivated with problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of the local market and customer behavior is an added advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field is a plus
