Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hamilton, ON. The Technical Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales growth, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and identifying new business opportunities. Additional responsibilities include providing technical guidance and support to customers, delivering product presentations, collaborating with internal teams to align product offerings with client needs, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Technical Sales and Sales processes, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
  • Excellent Communication abilities, including presenting technical information to diverse audiences
  • Experience in Technical Support and Customer Service to assist and maintain strong client relationships
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex technical systems and solutions
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, Welding or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in welding technologies, power generation, or oil and gas industries is an asset
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and strong problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and represent the company
