Job Description

Location: Montreal or Oakville

Start Date: As soon as possible

Length of term: End of June 2026

Work schedule: 40 hours/week

Work mode: Hybrid (on-site presence 3 days/week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)

We are looking for a Functional Expert – Forecast to Planning (Configuration) to play a key role in configuring and supporting SAP processes related to FTP/IBP. In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders and SAP functional teams to translate complex business requirements into effective SAP solutions. You will also coordinate configuration activities and support project delivery across different implementation phases.

You will work on SAP IBP implementation projects as both a contributor and potential project lead, while supporting Application Management Services (AMS) and sharing knowledge with other SAP team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end IBP processes including Demand, Supply, S&OP, and Inventory Optimization.
• Independently configure SAP IBP components such as Key Figure calculations, Forecast Models, Planning Views, Time Profiles, Application Jobs, Outlier Correction, and Optimizer Cost Models.
• Understand how master data impacts IBP and support data teams and users in resolving data issues.
• Collaborate with integration teams and maintain a high-level understanding of IBP integration with S/4HANA, CI-DS, and third-party applications.
• Troubleshoot and debug IBP issues by analyzing logs and coordinating with AMS and other SAP teams.
• Lead IBP technical configuration activities and recommend optimal solutions with other SAP streams.
• Manage incidents and change requests while respecting SLAs and communicating progress with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with SAP IBP standards, processes, and best practices.
• Act as the IT Subject Matter Expert (SME) for IBP with development, infrastructure, PMO, and business teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of SAP functional experience, including 5+ years with SAP IBP and at least one full IBP implementation cycle.
• Strong experience with end-to-end IBP configuration for Demand, Supply, S&OP, and Inventory Optimization.
• SAP IBP certification is required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is an asset.
• Experience in technical project management is required.
• Bilingual French and English is an asset.
