Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pharma Sales (2nd Line) Regional Sales Manager (RSM) based in Hyderabad, overseeing operations in both Hyderabad and Vijayawada, with a focus on the Derma segment. The responsibilities of this role include overseeing and managing a team of sales professionals, formulating and executing effective business plans, ensuring sales targets are met, and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. The RSM will also be responsible for account management and maintaining a strong presence in the pharmaceutical sales domain.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and team members.
• Experience in Business Planning and the ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
• Proven track record in Pharmaceutical Sales and expertise in driving sales growth.
• Proficiency in Account Management and fostering long-term customer partnerships.
• Sales acumen and a results-driven mindset to achieve and exceed targets.
• Previous experience in the Derma segment is a strong advantage.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
