Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Family Law Paralegal.

The Family Law

Paralegal will assist attorneys by preparing legal documents, conducting thorough legal research, reviewing case documentation, and managing case files. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with deadlines, maintaining organized records, and facilitating clear communication between attorneys, clients, and external parties. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering excellent legal support within the family law domain.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of family law and legal procedures
• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
• Excellent written and verbal Communication skills
• Research skills, including the ability to analyze case law and factual data
• Prior experience as a paralegal or in legal support, particularly within family law
• Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in relevant legal software and tools is a plus
• Paralegal certification or associate’s degree in a related field (preferred)
