We are seeking a Lab Support Engineer to support and maintain a global lab computing environment used by engineering and product development teams. This role focuses on infrastructure deployment, system support, and operational efficiency within a fast-paced, AI-driven lab environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and maintaining lab infrastructure, including servers, storage arrays, and networking systems.
• Deploy and configure hardware (rack, stack, cable) with a focus on platforms such as Dell PowerEdge.
• Support SAN, fiber-channel, and IP-based storage environments and ensure proper integration with hosts and switches.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis to ensure high availability.
• Execute test configuration plans and support infrastructure validation activities.
• Perform proactive maintenance, system upgrades, and maintain accurate hardware inventory.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver scalable infrastructure solutions aligned with development needs.
• Document processes and identify opportunities for automation and operational improvements.
• Utilize tools like ServiceNow for incident tracking and service management.
• Participate in Agile environments, supporting Scrum at Scale delivery models.
• Mentor junior technicians and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with server, storage, and networking technologies (Cisco, Arista, Dell).
• Experience in infrastructure deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting across hardware and software layers.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation tools.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer support skills.
