Lead Full-Stack Web Developer Intern (SaaS Product Lead) — Remote | 5 Months | Unpaid

LettrBlack is looking for a Lead Full-Stack Web Developer Intern who will take ownership of building and managing a complete SaaS web platform.

This role goes beyond basic web development. You will be responsible for planning, developing, and managing the entire web product, including both frontend and backend architecture.

The founders will define the product vision and features, and you will be responsible for translating those requirements into a fully functional SaaS platform.

You will lead and manage a team of 6 web developers, assign development tasks, review progress, solve technical issues, and ensure that the platform is built efficiently and correctly.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain real startup experience building a scalable SaaS product from the ground up.

Internship Details

• Duration: 5 Months
• Mode: Remote
• Working Hours: 3 Hours per Day
• Work Days: 6 Days per Week (Sunday Off)
• Stipend: Unpaid Internship

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the entire SaaS web platform
• Design and manage both frontend and backend architecture
• Break down product features into development tasks for the team
• Manage and coordinate a team of 6 web developers
• Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure timely development
• Review code and ensure high development standards
• Identify and resolve bugs, technical issues, and performance problems
• Work closely with founders to implement new product features
• Ensure the platform is scalable, secure, and efficient

Requirements

• Strong understanding of full-stack web development
• Experience with frontend frameworks (React / Next.js / similar)
• Experience with backend development (Node.js / APIs / databases)
• Understanding of SaaS product architecture and system design
• Ability to manage developers and lead development workflows
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
