Job Description

Shift: 10p - 8a Monday - Thursday EST This position is Tier 1 supporting transport services and engagement with Local Exchanges Carriers (LECs) across the US. Day to Day included ticket updates and making escalations when needed internal and escalations with external vendors Communicating with management and peers when driving issues to resolution and first line defense when new issues are initiated though automation, reactive ticket creating and proactive ticket creation.

Knowledgeable with Ds1-DS3 data circuits also commonly known as T1, T3 data circuits. Knowledgeable with Fiber Optics GigE circuits Opti-Man and Giga-Man Knowledgeable Data Transmission over Copper and Fiber Optics Knowledgeable Transport Services Knowledgeable Data Circuit Testing
