About The Role
As a Senior CX/UX Designer (AI-First Innovation | Financial & Corporate Compliance), you will take on a more influential role in driving the design process. You will work on complex user flows, high-fidelity prototypes, and lead user research initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Hybrid : Eight days a month we come together in the closest office (ET/CT Time zone) within 50 miles to experience the value of connecting with colleagues. You will report to the Manager, CX/UX Design DXG | UX/CX COE, and work under the leadership of the VP, User Experience & Design - DXG | UX/CX COE. Compensation
$102,600.00 - $179,250.00 USD
This role is eligible for Bonus.
