The Role
We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer (5–10 years experience) to lead design of AI driven software experiences.
You will be joining an existing UX Design team responsible for two core pillars: building high-efficiency AI tools that empower our employees and creating joyful, seamless AI experiences for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Architect AI Workflows: Design proactive, agentic UI patterns for both complex internal operations and polished consumer applications.
Execute in Figma: Build high-fidelity prototypes, scalable design systems, and developer-ready handoffs with precision.
Bridge Design Engineering: Partner deeply with developers to ensure AI technicalities (latency, LLM outputs) result in a flawless user experience.
Drive Impact: Transform manual employee tasks into efficient AI-assisted workflows while maintaining a "wow" factor for customers.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related field.
Experienced: 5+ years in UX/UI with a strong foundational design background.
Preferred Qualifications
AI-Fluent: You understand how to design for the unique constraints and possibilities of generative AI.
Figma Expert: Mastery of auto-layout, components, and advanced prototyping is non-negotiable.
Collaborative: You have a proven track record of working as a peer to engineering teams to ship high-quality code.
Good communication skills.
