Join a Company that Empowers you to Build your Future The Regional Sr Integrated Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, managing, and executing cohesive multi-channel marketing strategies across 34 divisions to drive community awareness and customer engagement. This role will serve as the strategic link between division presidents, regional marketing leaders, sales executives, corporate digital marketing functions and local division field teams,

ensuring divisional sales goals are met with alignment across digital advertising, content, events, field marketing, and partner initiatives.

Your Responsibilities on the Team

Support the Integrated Marketing Manager, who is the point of contact (POC), owner and driver of integrated marketing plans, to enforce and ensure alignment across teams and timely execution.

Lead the development of strategic creative briefs for key initiatives, ensuring alignment with divisional goals and national brand strategy.

Oversee the execution and management of the integrated marketing calendar across all channels, aligning timing and messaging to maximize engagement and performance.
