This is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals who are eager to learn, build confidence, and grow into a high-earning sales role. You’ll begin by working directly with homeowners through door-to-door outreach, generating leads and setting appointments for our remodeling consultants.

As you prove your consistency, work ethic, and performance, you’ll have the opportunity to transition into a full sales representative position, where you can manage appointments, close projects, and significantly increase your income.

No prior sales experience is required — we provide training, mentorship, and a clear path for advancement.

What You’ll Do - Entry-Level Canvassing Responsibilities:

• Go door-to-door in designated neighborhoods introducing homeowners to our remodeling services
• Generate interest and set appointments for free consultations
• Educate homeowners on roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and remodeling services
• Track leads and appointment information
• Work closely with leadership and sales team to hit weekly goals
• Represent the company professionally in the community

Growth Path Into Sales Representative:

After demonstrating strong performance, reliability, and leadership, you may advance into a sales role where you will:

• Run homeowner appointments
• Present remodeling solutions and pricing
• Build customer relationships
• Manage projects from consultation to close
• Earn higher commission opportunities
