Essential Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily mining operations as a key member of the labor crew.
• Perform general labor tasks safely and efficiently.
• Complete basic reports and necessary paperwork.
• Collaborate closely with your team to maintain production flow.
• Adhere to all company, client, and MSHA safety regulations.
• Take personal responsibility for your safety and your team's well-being.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated strong work ethic and reliability - come prepared to work.
• A great team player with a commitment to safety.
• Previous experience in mining or heavy civil work is a plus (not mandatory).
• Basic familiarity with MSHA regulations is beneficial.
• MSHA Part 48 certification is preferred (we offer this training if needed).
• Must clear a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.

Work Conditions:

• Rotating shifts, averaging 10-12 hours per day.
• Overtime pay applies after 40 hours.
