Job Summary
LeapAP is seeking a Digital Growth Marketing Specialist to help drive inbound lead generation, brand awareness, and growth initiatives across North America.
This role is ideal for someone with 1–5 years of experience in digital marketing, SaaS marketing, growth marketing, or sales development who enjoys analytics, experimentation, AI tools, and working in a fast-paced startup environment.
This role also requires participation in the TMU/NRC IRAP Digital Growth Marketing Program, a 20-week advanced growth marketing and AI-focused education program designed for high-growth Canadian companies. The program covers areas including SEO, growth experimentation, marketing automation, AI-powered marketing tools, analytics, lifecycle marketing, conversion optimization, paid media, content creation, and data-driven growth strategy.
The successful candidate will work directly on implementing and optimizing LeapAP’s digital growth strategy while receiving hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to modern growth marketing methodologies alongside other innovative Canadian companies.
Responsibilities
- Support and execute digital growth marketing initiatives across SEO, email, social media, content, and paid campaigns
- Analyze marketing performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and ROI
- Manage and optimize marketing automation and CRM workflows
- Create and repurpose marketing content including LinkedIn posts, email campaigns, blogs, and case studies
- Research target accounts, industries, and buyer personas
- Support conference and event marketing initiatives
- Use AI and marketing tools to improve efficiency, targeting, and lead generation
- Collaborate with sales and leadership teams on messaging and campaign strategy
- Continuously test, learn, and iterate based on data and performance metrics
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, SaaS marketing, growth marketing, BDR/SDR, or related roles
- Strong interest in B2B SaaS, automation, and AI-powered marketing tools
- Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, Instantly, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, or similar platforms
- Strong written communication and analytical skills
- Self-starter with strong organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience in proptech, fintech, or accounting software is an asset
