Shift Timing :Shift Timing: 2:00 AM – 10:00 AM PST / 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM IST (Strict PST morning overlap required)

Job Description

Ramp-up Time: Zero. Candidates must be able to understand complex data flows and multi-app connectivity immediately.

Technical Breakdown (The "Must-Haves")

• Manual & Data-Centric Testing (No Automation)
• Manual Regression: 100% focus on manual testing and regression. There is little to no automation in this project.
• Test Case Management: Responsible for taking existing test cases and redefining them to fit the rebranded environment across all 10 applications.
• Integration Testing: Validating data movement between multiple applications and databases—this is the core of the role.

2. Advanced SQL with Business Context

• SQL Server: The primary database environment.
• Querying Proficiency: Must write complex queries (Joins, Unions, etc.) for validation across databases.
• Critical Requirement: Candidates must not just write the query; they must understand the "Why"—interpreting what the data means for the business and the purpose of the validation in the context of the rebranding.

3. ETL & API Validation

• ETL Background: Required experience in ETL testing from a QA perspective to validate data transformation during integration.
• RestAPI: Proficiency in testing RestAPIs (no SOAP required).
• Architecture: Validating across apps and databases, not data warehouses.

4. Tools & Environment

• Core Stack: JIRA, GitHub, Confluence, and QMetry (primary test management tool).
• Ecosystem: Azure DevOps (ADO) familiarity is a major plus.
• Plus: Azure Synapse.
