We’re currently looking for a** Senior Product Manager** to help us lead client projects and bring bold, innovative ideas to life. If you love turning vision into strategy, guiding talented teams, and shaping AI-powered products that push creative and human boundaries, this role is for you.
You’ll collaborate with researchers, designers, and other contributors to develop product concepts that inspire some of the world’s top brands, while delivering world-class hospitality and care to our clients.

What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end design on major client projects, from research to production ready pixels.
- Design intuitive, agentic user experiences that leverage the power of AI Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and client needs, based on the communities they serve.
- Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
- Present and communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and team members.
- Bring high degrees of thoughtfulness, we love that. Balance time and prioritization to generate the highest quality output.
- Work closely with developers to ensure the designs are implemented accurately and to a high standard.
- Level up our design team's skills and culture.
- Work strategically with the team on AI-driven initiatives and special projects.
Who We're Looking For
- 5+ years of product design expertise Can be global, but preferred locations are the Americas, Europe, and Africa
- Experience designing with or around emerging AI technologies (agents, LLMs, AI-enhanced workflows) is a big plus Agency experience a plus
- Tapped into the world of product and technology, you have a pulse on the fast-moving landscape and are quick to form a POV.
- Able to operate at a high strategic level or a detailed ground level, depending on the task at hand Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design and prototyping tools is a bonus.
- Curious, humble, and ambitious. You learn from both your successes and failures.
- Wired to give and receive constructive feedback
- Excellent product intuition and vision.
- Empathy for communities, community members, clients and your fellow team members.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of design principles, great at UX design
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing a bonus
- Passionate about craft and obsessed about the details.
