Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a CNC Bending Machine Operator based in Agra. The CNC Bending Machine Operator will set up and operate CNC bending machines according to production drawings, specifications, and job orders. Responsibilities include reading and interpreting technical drawings, selecting appropriate tools and dies, adjusting machine parameters, and performing test runs to ensure accurate bends. The role involves monitoring machine performance, performing basic maintenance, and coordinating with supervisors and quality teams to resolve issues and maintain production targets. The operator will also complete related documentation, follow safety guidelines, and keep the work area organized.

Qualifications

• Strong machine operation skills, including setting up and running CNC bending equipment and related machinery.
• Experience in machining processes, including Machining and Milling, with an understanding of metalworking fundamentals.
• Knowledge of Quality Control practices, including visual inspection, measurement, and adherence to tolerances.
• General understanding of industrial Machinery, its safe handling, and routine maintenance checks.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, measurements, and technical instructions.
• Prior experience in a metal fabrication or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Willingness to work on-site in Agra in a full-time.
• Diploma, ITI, or vocational training in Mechanical, Fitter, Machinist, or a related trade is an advantage.
