What You’ll Do
- Handle a wide range of immigration matters including:
- Employment-based cases (PERM, EB-1, EB-2/EB-3, NIW, H-1B, L-1, R-1, O-1, E-1/E-2, TN, J-1 waivers)
- Family-based petitions and naturalization
- Adjustment of Status, Consular Processing, Religious Worker cases
- Draft and review petitions, RFEs, NOIDs, and legal correspondence
- Provide legal consultations and advice on complex immigration legal issues
- Conduct legal research and client strategy sessions
- Attend immigration interviews and liaise with USCIS/DOL/NVC
- Collaborate with paralegals and the Managing Attorney
- Maintain accurate case notes and billable time
What We’re Looking For
- JD and active membership in any U.S. state bar
- Immigration law experience
- Strong knowledge of USCIS, DOL, and NVC procedures
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in a second language is a plus
📍 Location: Columbia, MD (Hybrid)

💰 Salary: $80,000 – $150,000/year + Performance Bonuses
🕒 Schedule: Monday to Friday | 20–40 hours/week
