Responsibilities to include, but are not limited to:

• Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Draft legal documents, pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence.
• Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documents are up to date.
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings.
• Coordinate the collection, review, and production of documents for discovery.
• Liaise with clients, opposing counsel, and expert witnesses.
• Prepare exhibits, trial binders, and other materials for court presentations.
• File documents with courts and ensure compliance with deadlines.
• Track and manage case calendars, deadlines, and court dates.
• Regularly communicate progress of cases to both client and attorney.
