Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Support Representative role based in Montreal, QC. The representative will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include managing communication with clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions, troubleshooting customer concerns, and providing effective and timely resolutions. Collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and elevate the customer experience is also a key aspect of this position.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a positive experience for all clients.
- Excellent Communication abilities, both written and verbal, for clear and professional interaction with customers and team members.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting to identify and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to manage challenging situations with professionalism.
- Prior experience in customer service roles is an asset.
- Proficiency in using customer service software or CRM tools is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and French is preferred to cater to a diverse client base in Montreal.
