Weekly Groundskeeper (preferably with minor handyman skills) Needed for Farm

Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and reliable Weekly Groundskeeper--preferably with minor handyman skills--to join our farm team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty, safety, and functionality of our grounds on a weekly basis.

• Perform regular landscaping tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, and weed control to keep the grounds tidy and attractive
• Operate tractors and other farm machinery safely and efficiently
• Conduct basic equipment and home maintenance and repairs
• Perform heavy lifting and physical labor as needed to support ongoing farm projects or maintenance tasks

Routine Grounds Keeping is around 8 hours per week, preferably on Thursdays. Flexibility to other days preferred in the event of rain.

At the start and end of our season (March and September), could be up to 40 hours per week for set up and tear down.

In between there are generally More hours available for storm cleanup / tree work, non-time sensitive projects, etc.

Depending on handyman skills, there are also opportunities at other properties in VA & MD.

Must live within 45 minutes of Brambleton, VA.

Must be willing to undergo criminal background check.

Must be willing to be paid by Zelle or Paypal once per week on the Monday following a workweek.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
