Job Description

Predictive Modeling: Build and scale ML models for high-impact use cases such as Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), churn prediction, and multi-touch attribution.

Airtime & Inventory Optimization: Develop algorithms to predict which products will perform best during live broadcasts, helping to maximize revenue per minute.

Personalization: Enhance recommendation engines to deliver a boutique feel across our digital platforms (web, mobile, and streaming).

GenAI Innovation: Explore and implement Generative AI and Agentic workflows to simplify internal business processes and enhance customer interactions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Merchandising, Finance, and Broadcast teams to translate complex data findings into actionable retail strategies.

End-to-End Deployment: Own the full lifecycle of models, from data cleaning and feature engineering to deployment and post-launch monitoring.

Primary Skill : Programming: Mastery of Python or R. Deep experience with the PyData stack (Pandas, Scikit-learn, NumPy). Machine Learning: Strong foundation in supervised/unsupervised learning, time-series forecasting (crucial for retail), and Bayesian statistics. Data Tech: Proficiency in SQL and experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure, Google BigQuery, or Databricks). Big Data: Familiarity with PySpark or Hadoop for processing large-scale retail transaction data. Visualization: Ability to tell a story with data using Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib/Seaborn.
